Celebrate cultural diversity with SPYM

Food has a special way of bringing people together. It can tell stories about where we come from, the traditions we grew up with, and the people who shaped us. This is exactly what we look forward to doing with our Roots and Recipes festival: creating a space to celebrate and share our cultural differences.

During this festival, we will be selling homemade dishes from different countries. Funds raised will contribute to St. Pius X Youth Movement (SPYM ) activities and scholarships, helping us continue creating opportunities for young adults throughout the year. We will have a raffle of catholic items. Only cash will be accepted.

This event will take place on October 11th, after both 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Masses. We invite everyone to come with an open heart, an appetite, and a willingness to discover something new. Sometimes the best way to learn about someone’s culture is to share a meal.
