Liturgical Ministries
You may sign up for  Liturgical Ministry  through the annual parish survey in September - mid-October.

The Ministries Schedule is prepared (December -the following November) based on in information gathered from the parish survey.
ALTAR SERVERS The ministry of altar server is an integral part of our liturgies. On the Altar Server Page you will find a printable summary of Altar Server duties.
AUDIO VISUAL OPERATORS This is a new support team who operates the new Audio Visual Equipment at all Masses and Special Events.
CHILDREN'S LITURGY Because the Readings and Homily often cannot be grasped by young parishioners, children aged 4 years (as of December 31, school year) to Grade 6 are invited during the 9:00 and 10:45 Masses to Celebrate God's Word at their level of understanding.
CHOIRS Our music ministry is for adults and /or teens who enjoy singing or can play a musical instrument to help enrich or celebrations. We are always looking for more voices and instrumentalists to join our existing choirs.
Our Choir Directors are:
5:00 PM Saturday Mass - Gavin Caldwell,
9:00 AM Mass - Denise Lemay-Moore,
10:45 AM - Cynthia Kwong.

COMMUNION

COLLECTION
COUNTERS
Yes! This too is a Liturgical ministry. Sometimes we forget the gifts of service that are not so visible to us but that doesn't make them any less important.
HOSPITALITY
(USHERS)

Hospitality ministers greet, welcome and assist parishioners and newcomers to our Sunday Worship. Welcoming is that virtue so apparent in the early Church, and still so important.
Instructions for Hospitality Ministers can be found on the linked page.

LECTORS Lectors give voice to the Word of God.
Detailed instructions for Lectors can be found on the Lectors Page.

LINEN CARE We are always preparing for the next liturgy by ensuring that the purificators, corporals and towels are clean and ready for use.
Instructions on linen care can be found on the Linen Care Page.

MASS STEWARDS Mass stewards are the directors of the other liturgical ministers.
Detailed instructions for Mass Stewards can be found on the Mass Stewards Page.

OFFERTORY The Offertory Gift Bearers represent the parish community as they present the gifts at the Sunday liturgies.
Instructions for Offertory Gift Bearers can be found on the Offertory Page.
